Oh My Gosh - I can't believe I haven't yet given a TOP NOTCH review to Chick-fil-A. My wife and I have eaten lunch there numerous times, and each has been a pleasurable experience. The restaurant seems to have a reputation that just collects customers of good cheer, and we have aways found the atmosphere welcoming. The Number-Four Spicy Chicken Sandwich Platter is our favorite. It is always hot, fresh, and SPICY. The waffle fries are served in generous quantity. I like to add a little salt ( against doctor's advice, but he's not eating them). The only way to improve the fries would be to serve them a bit hotter. We occasionally interact with the table staff, and they are always pleasant. It is the kind of place that makes me want to police my own table and toss out my trash before leaving.

Chick-fil-A, you do it right! Very friendly, fast paced and courteous location. Food is hot, fresh and accurate. On my visit, they were giving free frosted lemonades! Delicious, by the way. As always, when I'm in this area again, I will stop by. How can you not patronize a place that leads by example? The only complaint I have for this location is the design of the waiting line for the counter. If you walk into the restaurant from the front door and you don't know to keep far right, it's chaos. If you start towards the counter, you have to squeeze against those already in line, to get to the end.

Order came without wife's Diet Coke. Stood at counter waiting for attention for 5 minutes and it wasn't that busy. Three workers didn't engage. Verbally got attention of worker who gave me a what turned out to be a Dr. Pepper. When I went to get it exchanged, no apology.

I just needed to give this place a five star review. The space is really big for a fast food restaurant. There is even outdoor seating and a place for kids to play. The food is just as good as always. I love the nuggets an waffle fries. The staff is the best part though. They are really nice and it was obvious they cared about their customers. The best part was that was me and my family were walking out to the car and an employee saw us in the lot and covered us up with an umbrella as we walked to our car because it was raining. He also asked how the food was and said to have a good day. That was really nice. The staff alone makes it worth it!

Above average customer service. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. My long-time favorite item on their menu: Asian Salad. I've been to several locations in my area and this location has, by far, one of the most courteous staff I've encountered. I once ordered an ice cream cone and got a chocolate milkshake instead, the person behind the counter let me keep the shake - AND the Icedream cone came right up in no time. Awesome possum!

I really like Chick-fil-A. Today I tried the vanilla iced coffee with my chicken biscuit and it was pretty good. Don't forget to ask for a mint. It's really cool that they have a play area for kids too. They have kids meals with fruit cups too. They have free Wi-Fi too for email and surfing the net. The staff is always willing to lend a helping hand, it's their pleasure.

Standard chick-fil-a food(pretty damn good), what really sets this place apart is the phenomenal service. Staff was incredibly friendly and super accommodating. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, and was given a normal chicken sandwich. I took a bite and realized and went back to the counter and without hesitation or checking my sandwich she had a spicy out for me in seconds. With charm and charisma through it all I might add. Really loved the staff here. Pay attention corporate, these guys rock.

Usually I don't bother checking in at fast food places, but this Chick-fil-A has literally some of the nicest and happiest and perkiest servers I've ever seen, and they're super helpful too. Food is Chick-fil-a standard (aka fried chicken goodness), their waffle fries are a bit undersalted and fried (I guess that's better for my arteries?), but seriously, ridiculously good service from a fast food place, is this actually real life?

I did, but I didn't know they had chicken, egg and cheese on a multigrain bagel. It was delicious. Not gourmet delicious, but satisfyingly delicious. The bagel was soft. The cheese was melted and the large chicken patty was hot and crisp. I'd pay $3.45 any day! I enjoyed my meal this morning and best of all, the tea they serve is Tetley's English Breakfast blend, which is so much better than Lipton or a generic blend. And...it's only $1.09! I was here on opening day last year and from then until now, the service has always been topnotch. The dining area is always very clean and tidy. Wasted my time and money. Came home to find out my order was missing stuff. I can't believe how consistently bad the service and competence is in Maryland. Update; I was contacted by the manager who quickly addressed my concerns and issues. This was my first time eating at Chick-fil-A, so it would have left a lasting negative. However, due to his diligence that didn't happen.

since there hasn't been a review, since 2011, I will be glad to write one. I love this place. Very family friendly and most of the staff is friendly. Getting drink refills is a little bit of a hassel, but the food is very filling, and I love the breakfast bagel chicken sandwich, like the previous person posted, it really is yummy! I recommend going here. I wish they had a drive thru however. But overall they are very nice and the food is good. Friday nights are very busy, around 7-8 a clock if you want to avoid the crowds, come at like 4 or 5.

I will uphold this Chick-fil-A as the best place to get a burger/sandwich on Tech Road for lunch. Open for less than one year, this place has quickly become a local favorite to go get a lunchtime meal. Usually packed, this location boasts 7 or 8 registers to get the line moving along. The line does - not - stop- moving. The menu is simple but yummy. I get the Spicy Chicken sandwich on Wheat (.20 extra) with the waffle fries and a drink. They ask your name and give you a number. If you sit, you put it in a holder on the table and your food is brought to you. If you're to go, they will announce your name instead of yelling "47" like some other places. Nice touch. The ketchup "packets" need their own paragraph. Have you ever wondered why all the sauces (BBQ, honey mustard, ranch) at every fast food establishment come in a little bucket but the ketchup always comes in a foil pack? I did too. This place serves ketchup in those little buckets. You can peel the foil back and dip, or you can tear the top off and squeeze it. Now I can ask for three ketchups instead of grabbing a handful of foil packets and wasting 10 minutes opening them one-by-one as my food gets cold. Solid. Gold. Everyone in the fast food business should get on this, it's Heinz. The place is clean with indoor and outdoor seating. There is a play area for kids. Oh yeah, they're closed Sundays.

I am thrilled that Chick-fil-a has been thrown in the mix of options available at Tech Road! I had an experience like no other the first week it opened earlier in the summer. Imagine, walking up to Chick-fil-a with an employee there greeting you and holding the door for you. Handing out a toy for the kiddies as they enter, too. Now, picture twice as many people as usual behind the counter hustling to take orders. Where would you expect to be asked how your food is and if you need anything? Surely, not at Chick-fil-a, but alas, it did happen.... that first week. Even though the special treatment has ended, I still heart this new location. It's clean and spacious, it has a nice outdoor patio area for dining, and a big play area for the kids. Go now!
